How can I fight my ex husbands visitation rights due to constant harrment?

I have been divorced for over a year, court ordered child support and awarded my custodial parent, he got visitation rights of 1st, 3rd, and fifth weekend of every month. My problem is I am constantly hared by him, horrible texts and calls all the time on how I am his, he wants me back, and just constant bugging. It is making my stress and anxiety high and is just to much. And when he has our daughter for his weekends he is much worse by making me out to a bad mother because I dont call him, but then I just dont want to deal with the drama. He is also always late giving her back to me, Also he moved out of town 6 months after the divorce, with that being said I have no car and have to ask my mom to drive us all the way to San Marcos Texas from San Antonio to meet him when we had a designated meeting place ordered by the court in San Antonio but I meet him so I dont get in trouble for not giving him is visitation. I cant go through this anymore and dont know what I can do. Please help
