Is eps13 the last eps of season 3 of prison break?

yes "the art of the deal" was the final episode of season 3. while FOX have not officially said it'll be back for season 4, I seen a interview with dominic purcell a few weeks ago and he said it will be renewed for a fourth season. the actors are signed for 7 years, but I suppose that doesn't necessarily mean there will be 7 seasons. afterall how many times can someone break out of prison. I wish FOX would hurry up and confirm it'll be back.
