What FPS to kill pigeons with an air pellet gun?

It lacks the power and accuracy to kill any bird. Killing a few will NOT solve your problem. What you need to do is put up an owl statue. Trust me, my county's government center doesn't have a pidgeon within about 200 yards of the building, yet beyond that, the droppings are gross. A couple owls is all it took.
