try slapping him EVEN if you get in a little trouble. if that doesn't work then just laugh at eat he says cause if he can tell it bothers you he'll just keep doing it. so act like it doesn't bother you and find ways to get back at him. see if he talks to girls also most importantly don't be shy to speak out loud to the teacher and other peers like he does.
