Mother and daughter issue who is to blame?

worse of all she is the co-agent of my insurance company and my stepfather is my agent and yes we live with them trying to save up for a house. we had one check that bounced at of 1000 of them and it happened to go to her. All came to a broiling point say how ungrateful and spoiled we both are, she started saying why aren't you both at work when we both work 35+ hours a week and she is like you need a backbone. Then when i attempted to use a backbone, confronted her on lying about giving my fiance and i a piece of paper supposedly with the marry pastor info on it. she kept say i was trying to manipulate the conversation my direction. this morning i went to give her a hug i felt like she needed one and she is like you offend me the other day i was like where that is two of us i don't feel like i did anything wrong should i apology even through i feel like if i do i sink to her level of immaturity and she win the manipulation or not worry about it any more. you help lines out there.
