I need some advice bad its bothering me?

do you think im doing th right thing by taking my child's father to child support even though he have her from wednesday through saturday? He claims he doesnt have to give me anything even though im the custodial parent because he have her some days and he takes care of her when she's with him. When he brings her back he brings her back in the same cloths that she left with. We dont talk or communicate and she claims that its 50/50. it seems that im doing much more. I take her to doctor appointments, have life ins. on her and healthcare. I dont know what he's doing. What is the best thing to do When he knew i was serious about the child support and kept the case, he stop bringing pampers, wipes, and diapers. he claims he shouldnt have to give me money because she stay with him a couple days during the week
