Why won't my Wii read Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess?

For a while now my Wii hasn't been reading the game. At the loading screen i click on my file and the disk stops and it says the game is unreadable. I've been told that my save file is corrupt and to delete it. I tried deleting all of my files and then completely erasing memory of the game and it still continues to be unreadable. Just now i tried to go onto the game and now i put the game in, (which by the way is in perfect condition) and now i cant get ped the Wii menu without it saying an error has occurred. I am just hoping that there is a solution that doesn't include paying to send in my Wii to get fixed.
