Sims 2 pc help :) Thx. :D?

alrighty, so i downloaded some furniture for the sims 2 pc legally. and i didnt understand the directioons at all. Soo i already asked how do i extract, and what do i do with the extrated files, and i got told to put them in this folder Doents>EA Games>The Sims 2>Downloads, and i dont have that folder. sooo sense i dont have it how do i rename it. and how do i no when the files are done being extracted? :DDD Thank you so much. :D I just hope i get this somehow :o!
